10 tips for beautiful acne free skin

If you're like me you have struggled with acne for way too long. Give these tips a try and see improvements in no time!

Beautiful skin starts inside out.
Many people don't realize that skin problems are caused by overall health problems. Since our skin is the largest organ in our body, all the toxins are released through our skin, therefore, causing acne and other skin related issues. The following tips are very beneficial if done for a long term.
Try adding green smoothies and juices in your diet. It's full of leafy greens that will help your skin become smooth and have all the nutrients it needs to be healthy. An easy recipe to start with is spinach, banana, and water. You won't taste the spinach at all! Also try juicing cucumber juice since its great for the skin and will make it smooth. Make it a habit of drinking a delicious smoothie once a day everyday. Try doing variations so you don't become bored and also to receive other benefits. There are thousands of green smoothie recipes online so give it a go!
Eat your fruits and vegetables! This is so important in order to have beautiful skin and overall health. It's best when eaten raw so they preserve the live enzymes that aid digestion. Make sure if possible to purchase organic which won't have any chemicals. If you're not a big fan of leafy greens start with the ones you like and build from there.
Get rid of all acne products! This should be on top of the list. Acne and beauty products are filled with nasty chemicals that don't help your body in any way. Acne products do not go to the root of the problem and most of the time make acne worse. So, give away all your products and you will notice improvements.
Stop eating fast food. Yes, you've heard it a million of times and you know its true so start making a habit of eating healthy and give your body the chance to heal itself. Try cutting out slowly so you don't give up later on and fall into bad habits again.
Water, water, water! Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday to help your body cleanse itself and get rid of the toxins in your body.
Exercise everyday even for a little bit. Move around, walk, jog, stretch, do something!
Do not mix nuts and fruits. Usually some people have problems when they mix nuts and fruits together and causes breakouts. Nuts are best digested when consumed with leafy greens, so maybe try adding healthy fats to your salads.
Dry skin brush everyday. This helps get rid of dead skin cells and will give you a smooth complexion. You must have consistency in order to see results. Vegetable bristles are recommended.
Do not wash your face a lot. This will cause even more breakouts. Leave your face alone and change your pillow cases regularly.
Rub papaya on your face and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes and then wash it off. It's a good for exfoliating and removing the dead skin cells that clog your pores.
Try juicing grapefruit, ginger, and lemon. This will help reduce cellulites!
